What you’ll do
Support our analytics initiatives, working closely with the analytics team to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to data‑driven decision making.
Support the analytics team in conducting data analysis, modeling, and reporting to deliver insights and recommendations.
Gather, clean, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Develop models and forecasts to support business planning and decision making.
Create presentations on findings and provide sound recommendations to leadership to influence strategic decision making.
Create and maintain data documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and data management processes.
Hybrid work permitted 2 days per week within a reasonable commuting distance of Newark, Delaware office.
What you have
BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or related field and two (2) years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or closely related role.
MS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or related field (preferred).
Experience with SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with SAS.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
