Sales Representative Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. 19 Forge Pkwy, Franklin, Massachusetts 02038 What You’ll Do As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative you will be the face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and deliver custom solutions. You will: Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism and energy. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique needs. Convert inquiries into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using the CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision to enhance customer lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED. A passion for sales and people skills is essential. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing. Time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with mobile technology. Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing). Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.
