Overview WACO Products, a division of Ohio Gratings, is hiring a Sales Manager – Environmental to step into a business that’s already winning—strong backlog, consistent demand, and real momentum in the water/wastewater infrastructure space. The challenge isn’t finding work. It’s owning it well, prioritizing the right opportunities, and helping scale the business intentionally . Early on, you’ll lean into estimating and quoting to build product and team credibility. Over time, this evolves into a sales-driven leadership role focused on growth, relationships, and market expansion. Looking for Technical sales / estimating background (manufacturing, construction, or similar) Ability to navigate both technical and commercial conversations Team-first, low-ego leader who wants to build something Why this role Strong demand—focus on prioritizing, not chasing
