Job Responsibilities
Manage furnished, set appointments and self-generated leads within a 45-minute radius of Columbia.
Participate in lead-generating activities such as networking groups, seminar presentations, and company-sponsored events.
Adhere to our systems for prospect contact.
Coordinate with our design team.
Update our CRM and your digital calendar regularly.
Develop proposals and perform computer estimating, including obtaining quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
Produce and sign sales contracts.
Utilize our finance programs for sales as needed.
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Exhibit strong closing skills.
