Job Summary Base pay: $15.63 per hour with $1,300 per month targeted commission, for a total target compensation of $23.32 per hour. Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and process bill payments in the store. Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to adjust to a full‑time, flexible, rotating work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Physical ability to carry or lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store continuously. Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer‑focused, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork, technical knowledge, and workplace organization skills.
