Sales Manager (m/f/d) for software solutions As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, approaching and acquiring customers for our customized software solutions. Your versatile field of activity includes, among other things Proactive identification and acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships Expansion of current key customers beyond existing contacts and positioning as a central point of contact for customized software solutions Presentation and explanation of our software services in an appealing and convincing way Negotiating contracts, conditions and prices in line with the company’s objectives Work closely with the development teams to communicate customer feedback and drive continuous improvement Building a comprehensive understanding of the market, analyzing the competition and identifying new business opportunities Representation of BAYOOTEC at trade fairs and congresses in Germany and abroad Your profile Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the software or IT sector Commercial training or equivalent experience in information technology or a degree in engineering Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts easily Negotiating skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships Confident handling of CRM tools Distinct customer orientation Understanding of IT and the ability to analyze and evaluate the information received in a commercial context and make recommendations Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working Very good written and spoken German and English skills In addition to your technical and professional know-how, you are characterized by your social skills. You are reliable, committed and flexible. You are able to actively listen and analyze customer requirements in a well-founded manner and have a high degree of independence as well as a strong ability to work in a team.
