Nurse's Aide If you are passionate about providing quality care to patients and making a difference in their lives, we invite you to join our team as a Nurse's Aide. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with their daily living activities and providing them with the support they need. Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a nurse Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications
San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Driver's License (Preferred) BLS Certification (Preferred) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Compassionate and empathetic nature Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting
