To support the development and enhancement of enterprise-wide training programs, the fully remote Healthcare Digital Adoption Platform Clinical Applications Training Lead will guide the standardization of training initiatives for Clinical Applications and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), oversee a team of specialists, and ensure effective user proficiency across national operations. Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain digital training modules and in-application guidance workflows for scalable virtual training programs Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics while overseeing onboarding and ongoing education initiatives Collaborate with clinical leadership to analyze and optimize workflows, serving as an escalation point for complex end-user support issues
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in clinical informatics, instructional design, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of recent experience in a clinical application, EHR, or healthcare IT training role Demonstrated experience designing and delivering virtual or digital training modules Hands-on experience with athenaOne EHR, including configuration and training, is strongly preferred Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
