Overview One of our clients in the Tampa area is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to add to their team. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for testing applications through various testing phases, including unit, defect, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts. The Quality Assurance Analyst will also define, collect, and document data for testing. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $45-$50/hr W2
Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing standards and methodologies
Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders, ensuring all testing results are easily accessible
Create framework components and reusable functions for automation and performance testing
Experience Required
Experience working in the specific industry related to the position to understand industry-specific challenges and practices.
Hands-on experience with relevant tools, software, or technologies that are essential for the role
Experience in planning, executing, and managing projects, including the ability to meet deadlines, manage resources, and handle project risks
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and make decisions
Educational Background
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is often required
5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including writing and executing test cases and test scripts

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
