is seeking a highly motivated and self‑directed professional to fill the role of
Senior Data Engineer . The candidate will be a member of a software development team supporting cloud‑based and on‑prem application development.
Required Skills
Minimum 15 years of experience in software development
Experience with full lifecycle agile software development projects
Experience building data products in Apache Avro and/or Parquet
Python
AWS
Experience with REST APIs
Desired Skills
Iceberg
Presto/Trino/Spark
Kubernetes
Experience in AirFlow
Experience with creating and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and tools
Additional Preferred Skills
Rust
Position Clearance Requirement TS/SCI with Full‑Scope Polygraph
Location Chantilly/Herndon, VA.
