What You’ll Do
Run
pre-set, company-provided residential leads
(3–4 per day)
Diagnose system issues and present clear repair and replacement options
Build trust with homeowners and guide them to the best solution
Combine technical expertise with sales to increase overall ticket value
Compensation
Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential
Consistent performers earn
$100K–$200K+
