Job Role Adams Clinical is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the strategic growth of our expanding clinical trial site network. In this role, you will enhance core sales operations functions—including budget oversight, contract management, and sponsor engagement—to drive efficiency and strengthen our commercial capabilities. We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations professional with a strong track record in budget and contract negotiation. Experience negotiating clinical trial budgets and contracts within a site network or at a Pharma/CRO is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Business Development team to develop, refine, and manage clinical trial budgets that support strategic pricing and financial objectives.
Support end‑to‑end contract preparation, review, and negotiation while ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate documentation.
Manage the sales pipeline, maintain CRM accuracy, produce performance insights, and contribute to the development of innovative pricing models through competitive research and benchmarking.
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance sales, budgeting, and contract workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment across budget and contract initiatives.
Cross‑train to support broader Business Development activities, including study startups, feasibility assessments, and other initiatives that advance Adams Clinical’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, budget management, or contract administration in clinical research or healthcare with significant individual responsibility
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, budgets, and contracts
Experience with research, especially in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CRM software (Salesforce) required with Salesforce administration and advanced reporting skills preferred
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Salary $65,000 - $90,000
