What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly goals
Set daily expectations, track performance, and drive accountability
Desk deals, structure offers, and help close customers
Jump in on tough deals and objections—because you know how to close
Ensure all demo vehicles are merchandised, tech‑ready, and showroom perfect
Deliver or support high‑quality vehicle presentations and demonstrations
Manage incoming leads via phone, text, and email
Ensure follow‑up processes are tight and consistent
Train and develop sales talent—from rookies to top performers
Create an energetic, professional sales floor customers love
What It Takes to Win This Role
Proven automotive or retail sales leadership experience
Strong closing skills and deal structure knowledge
Confident, commanding presence on the sales floor
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
Exceptional customer‑first mindset
Strong communication skills—in person and on the phone
Comfortable handling objections and turning “maybes” into “yes”
Competitive, driven, and goal‑oriented
High energy, positive attitude, and team‑first mentality
