We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have experience in car sales, personnel management, and customer service. Our Sales Managers are required to manage multiple salespeople, assist in marketing, close deals, and handle customer issues. You must have the desire to help customers and employees succeed. RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop lasting business relationships
Grow and maintain a customer database
Manage theinventory and lot presentation
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
Desk Deals, Track Gross, and create forecasts and trends

REQUIREMENTS
Prior Buy Here Pay Here sales managementexperience
Ability to hire, coach and build a strong dedicated staff
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of inventory control
Strong computer & phone skills
Professional
Strong work ethic
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Ability to speak Spanish preferred
