Account Management Oversee and maintain existing accounts, with a primary focus on Toyota‑related business.
Business Development Identify and capture new business opportunities within current production capacities, specifically targeting US domestic OEMs and non‑automotive sectors (Home Appliances).
Sales Strategy Develop and implement sales plans, mid‑to‑long‑term sales forecasts, and revenue analysis.
Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of 5 to improve sales activities and reporting standards.
Cross‑functional Collaboration Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Reporting Regularly report sales performance and market trends to the Executive Vice President and Headquarters in Japan.
Working Hours and Style Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Core hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) Style: 100% On‑site (Tennessee plant).
Working Location Portland, TN area

Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of the Toyota business model and Tier 1/Tier 2 supply chain.
Language: Bilingual in Japanese and English (Business level or higher) is highly preferred to facilitate communication with Japanese HQ and local staff.
Competencies: Ability to analyze sales data and provide strategic direction; "Playing Manager" mindset.
