What You’ll Do
Occasional travel to data center in the greater Phoenix area
Daily system administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of Microsoft servers, enterprise storage, VM infrastructures, and Office 365
Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring problems and, as necessary, escalated to internal and external support resources while retaining ownership for resolving to final resolution
Research, analyze, select and procure solutions, equipment, and software
Manage projects related to implementation of new solutions and upgrades of existing solutions
Adhere to change‑control procedures when implementing changes to the production environment
Produce periodic reports to support capacity planning, performance measurement/tuning, and compliance
Maintain, test and enforce corporate‑wide hardware and software standards
Provide after‑hours support as needed to sustain systems and service levels
Resolve escalations from the Service Desk related to system issues
Other responsibilities as requested by leadership
What You’ll Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years hands‑on systems administration experience in an enterprise environment
Proven ownership of tasks from start to finish while keeping all stakeholders updated on progress
Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills by providing accurate information and responding to requests in a timely manner
Comfortable working through ambiguity and exercising good judgment regarding technical and interpersonal issues, even when all facts are not known
A proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time‑management skills
Strong aptitude for documenting solutions, procedures and processes
Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with others to coordinate activities and arrive at mutual decisions

Work Environment
Work is performed in office, out in the field and construction sites
Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Legal Stuff
