Job Summary Responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services by utilizing knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world class sales and service experience. Works with moderate supervision/guidance and is accountable for individual results and impact on the team.
Core Responsibilities
Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know‑how with customers. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
Take a customer‑first approach with all customer interactions. Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products and services and gain their consent.
Perform operational and administrative tasks.
Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues as appropriate.
Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor toward customers and teammates.
Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
Know and understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
Carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, and stand and move about the store constantly.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary Base Pay: $15.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.69
