Collaborate with portfolio managers, investment analysts and other stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring they align with the organization's investment strategy. Define user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for new solutions or enhancements. Work closely with development and IT teams to design and implement solutions, including investment management systems and trading platforms. Support the testing process by creating test plans, test cases, and coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Analyze financial and investment data to support business decisions Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment
