Business Analyst Overview HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Business Analyst with Financial or Accounting Background with in (Market Risk, Credit Risk, & Predictive Shares. Business Analyst will have experience with Experience supporting Capital Markets or Treasury Management Systems (TMS). Business Analyst with experience of pre-trade and post-trade compliance processes within Capital Markets environments.
Must Have Experience
Business Analyst from Financial or Accounting Background
Experience supporting Capital Markets or Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
Knowledge of pre-trade and post-trade compliance processes within Capital Markets
Business Analyst who has experience in Market Risk, & Credit Risk & Predictive Shares
Business Analyst with Data Set experience with either Cloud or AI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively across business, vendor, and technology teams
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes
Skills / Experience Required Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in:
Capital Markets
Treasury
Credit Risk
Market Risk
Counterparty Risk
Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle, including
OTC and exchange-traded instruments
Counterparty exposure concepts
Portfolio and position aggregation
Strong understanding of
Credit limits, exposure management, and utilization
Counterparty ratings (internal and external)
Trade lifecycle and portfolio structures
Proven experience working with vendor-implemented COTS platforms.
Experience defining data interfaces and integrations across multiple systems including hands on experience with data analysis and data mapping.
Ability to read and interpret data models, source-to-target mappings, and API/interface specifications.
Strong SQL skills to support data validation and reconciliation.
Preferred Skills & Experience (good to have)
Experience supporting Capital Markets or Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
Knowledge of pre-trade and post-trade compliance processes within Capital Markets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work effectively across business, vendor, and technology teams
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Pay Range Pay Range Minimum: 84,000k
Pay Range Maximum: 123,000k

Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
