Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Windows 11 operating systems.
Support PCs, laptops, and printers.
Assist with 365 (Office applications) related issues.
Utilize the ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution.
Utilize remote tools such as Quick Assist, Teams, and.
Support business applications including, LARA, MACS3, QlikSense, Citrix Workspace App, and.
Ensure Ethernet / TCP/IP connectivity for network operations.
Salary Range The salary for this position is between $40,000 - $50,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
