Über
Operates, inspects, and maintains HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to achieve efficient operating results and extend life expectancy. Ensures equipment is maintained energy‑efficiently and safely, reducing downtime through proactive repairs and careful record‑keeping. Performs inspections and repairs to interior and exterior areas including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all HVAC/R systems.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing, building interiors/exteriors, grounds, and production equipment.
Study equipment and methods required for proper use.
Conduct facility inspections, report findings impacting client occupancy and operations.
Submit daily P‑card receipts.
Update work order status in real time.
Use CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
Maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Be available for call‑in work and perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtainable within 90 days of employment).
Minimum of four (4) years technical experience in building engineering, with strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance; knowledge of overall system design and applications.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration.
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems.
Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
Location Mobile position covering Denver, CO and surrounding area.
Work Shift Standard business hours with on‑call availability.
Estimated Compensation 68,640.00 – 74,880.00 USD per year.
