who is first and foremost a
performer . A dedicated social team handles distribution — your job is to ideate, shoot, edit, and star in a high volume of native video content, independently, without hand-holding. Content you make will run organically on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and strong pieces get pulled directly into paid campaigns. What You'll Do
Ideate, shoot, edit, and appear in short-form video content independently Produce across formats — skits, UGC-style, lifestyle, product storytelling Iterate based on performance; understand why content succeeds and adjust Collaborate with the team on direction, but own execution end-to-end Attend in-person LA pop-ups and events to capture live content What You Need
On-camera performer
— natural, compelling, acting ability is the #1 requirement Proven content performance
— personal content averaging 10K+ views; algorithm track record matters more than follower count End-to-end production
— concept, shoot, and edit independently (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.) High output, self-directed
— consistent volume without needing a detailed brief You're likely one of two profiles: a high-performing organic creator who can translate their skills to a brand storytelling — or someone who's worked in-house at a brand or agency and has been in content that scaled into ads. Audience fit matters:
The company’s core customer is a woman aged 35–55, aspirational, lifestyle-oriented. Content should feel warm and relatable — not Gen Z. Older millennial sensibility preferred. What Success Looks Like
