Copeland Toyota is a family-owned dealership serving the Brockton community for over 50 years. As a 200+ vehicle operation handling approximately 500+ internet and phone leads monthly, we are expanding our Business Development Center and selectively hiring experienced, high-accountability professionals.
This is a structured, performance-based appointment-setting role inside a fast-paced automotive environment. It is not a passive customer service job, and it is not suited for individuals who prefer low activity, minimal phone work, or unstructured environments.
We are looking for individuals who are consistent, coachable, and comfortable being measured daily on activity and results.
Compensation Structure (Performance-Driven)
$20/hour base pay
Weekly performance bonuses
$10 per appointment that shows
$20 additional bonus per vehicle sold from your appointment
Total:
$30 per successful show & sold appointment opportunity
Estimated first-year earnings:
$60,000–$75,000+ (based on performance and consistency)
This role rewards execution, not time served.
Lead Environment (Warm, High-Intent Traffic) You will work a steady pipeline of real, engaged automotive shoppers:
~500 internet and phone leads per month
Existing dealership customers
Service customers considering upgrades or replacements
Prior showroom and unsold follow-up opportunities
There is
no traditional cold calling list , but success requires disciplined outbound follow-up and consistency.
Daily Expectations & Work Pace This is a high-activity, metrics-driven position.
80–100 combined inbound/outbound calls daily
Structured appointment-setting targets (consistency required)
Continuous CRM follow-up and pipeline management
Strict adherence to process, scripts, and lead handling standards
Performance reviewed regularly based on activity and results
Candidates who struggle with structure, phone volume, or daily accountability will not succeed in this role.

Mon–Thurs: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday & Sunday: Off
Option 2:
Mon–Thurs: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday: Off
Option 3:
Mon–Thurs: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday & Sunday: Off
Option 4:
Mon–Thurs: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Friday–Sunday: Off
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound internet and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to active and prior customers
Set qualified, show-ready sales appointments
Maintain accurate CRM notes and consistent follow-up discipline
Communicate clearly and professionally on every interaction
Minimum Requirements
Strong verbal communication and phone confidence
Ability to work in a structured, metrics-driven environment
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Coachable mindset with willingness to follow process exactly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must pass background check and drug screening
Bilingual candidates (Haitian Creole, Spanish, or Portuguese) are strongly encouraged to apply.
