A leading global office provider is seeking a
Sales Manage r. This full-time role is based in Washington, D.C., with regular travel requirements.
You will own the sales pipeline, from lead qualification and broker relations to closing deals, renewals, and customer success for SMB and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversio ns: Qualify inbound/outbound SMB leads, conduct tours, and close deals
Broker & Enterprise Collaborati on: Partner with the enterprise team to drive large key accounts and manage broker networks.
Proposals & Onboardi ng: Deliver tailored workspace proposals and coordinate with local community teams for seamless client onboarding.
Retention & Upse ll: Execute renewal plans, identify expansion opportunities, and manage account health/billing issues.
Proven experience
in B2B & B2C s ales (coworking, real estate, or hospitality experience is a plus).
Strong relationship builder capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and brokers.
High-level multitasking and time-management skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
A proactive, "sleeves rolled up" problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent communication and independent decision-making skills.
