Über

A professional IT troubleshooting candidate to support IT needs within the organization. Will support 60+ users with varying levels of computer knowledge. Must take initiative to troubleshoot software and hardware issues. Ability to prioritize issues and manage time wisely. Support IT Administrator in system upgrades, technical needs and website updating.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Module line computer issue diagnostic (scale, scanner, printer etc.)
Label design with ZPL language for Zebra Printers
Employee workstation issue diagnostic (office 365, printer, etc.)
Shipping system message check (EDI receiving, ASN sending, etc.)
Printer maintenance (simple repair and setup)
Scanner gun maintenance, check and send out for repairing.
ERP system issue investigation (collect issues from employees and solve it with ERP Support)
Cable wiring for new network device with driving lift when needed.
Back-up to Network Admin for troubleshooting, repair, research, or replace technology in companies’ software’s.
Required Skills
.net or other language experience
Candidate must be well rounded and versed in IT Technology
2+ year working experience in IT preferred
Must be available to work various hours and overtime if necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
