We are seeking an experienced Angular Tech Lead with hands-on expertise in Angular 18+, front-end development, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and design. Required Technical / Functional Skills
Proven experience in Angular 18+, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript. Experience in software development with tech lead responsibilities. Good understanding of Java and Spring Boot. Cloud experience, preferably AWS. Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks, component-based architecture, and responsive design. Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain reusable Angular components and modules. Implement responsive web applications using Angular 18+, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and TypeScript. Work with Ag-Grid library for complex data presentation. Write unit tests using Jasmine and Karma to ensure code quality and maintainability. Collaborate with backend teams (Java/Spring Boot) to integrate APIs. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Contribute to architectural discussions and improve front-end development workflows. Desired Attributes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and drive solutions end-to-end. Passion for staying updated with the latest Angular features and front-end technologies.
