You will work closely with sales executives, product development, design, and production teams to help manage customer accounts, support day-to-day operations, and ensure seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for product, retail, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales executives in managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer service
Build a strong understanding of product categories, customer needs, and competitive market trends
Learn and manage internal systems to support client requests, order updates, and account needs
Partner closely with production and operations teams to track order status and ensure timely follow-up
Assist with account maintenance, order management, and day-to-day communication with customers
Manage smaller volume accounts and support overall account growth initiatives
Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and product information for customer meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and sourcing teams to support new product initiatives
Maintain organized records, reports, and communication across multiple projects and priorities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or account management is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Interest in home textiles, consumer products, or retail industries preferred
