We are seeking a confident and persuasive Sales Manager who excels at engaging potential clients, cultivating enduring relationships with current clients, and driving sustained revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities Negotiations and conclusion of deals: Negotiating with clients on prices, payment terms and other issues. Concluding transactions and preparing the necessary documents. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market trends. Sales Reporting: Generating regular sales reports and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes, techniques, and performance through innovation and best practices. Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
