Manage and lead our team of IT professionals Develop and implement strategic plans for our company's technology needs Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions Oversee the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all technology systems Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place Stay informed about new advancements in the IT field and make recommendations for their implementation Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions Create and manage budgets for all technology expenses Train employees on new technologies as needed Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field At least 5 years of experience in information technology management Experience managing a team of IT professionals Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network systems and cybersecurity protocols Familiarity with project management methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proven problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications
