Summary The Data Analyst 2 supports the Inventory Audit organization by delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and data storytelling to inform strategic decisions. The role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and cross functional stakeholder engagement. The analyst will develop measures and visualizations that drive operational improvements and monitor program performance.
Responsibilities
Own the intake, management, and integrity of data used by the Inventory Audit Programs team
Collaborate with data and business partners to champion IAP data needs and priorities
Create narratives, trends, and insights to drive business improvements
Ensure the process, flow, and accuracy of data across supported systems
Define data design requirements and deliverables for programs and initiatives
Support business analysts in developing accurate reporting and analyses
Identify and develop new measures and KPIs to support program and system changes
Support modernization of reporting and data visualization efforts and participate in testing and UAT
Develop and maintain guidelines for consistent data usage and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
3+ years of relevant experience in data management, analysis, and reporting
3+ years of SQL experience with performant, maintainable query development
Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong statistical skills including hypothesis testing and correlation analysis
Experience with cloud analytics platforms (AWS or GCP) and scalable data solutions
Experience developing and maintaining ETL pipelines, workflow orchestration, and data quality assurance
Advanced programming in Python or R and experience with version control (Git)
Familiarity with Teradata, Tableau Server, Alteryx or similar tools and the ability to present findings to stakeholders
