To support HID's Mobile Access solution deployments, the full-time Mobile Solutions Engineer will work remotely, collaborating with Sales to demonstrate and position solutions while serving as a subject matter expert in customer workshops and technical discussions. Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales to qualify and demonstrate HID Mobile Access implementations that meet customer needs Lead technical discussions and workshops, addressing objections and guiding solution design for clients Provide training and support for partners and end users on HID Mobile Access technologies and PACS solutions
Required qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree or 2 years of Technical Support or Engineering experience preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, Security, or Presales roles Prior exposure to PACS technologies, such as RFID and associated hardware Strong experience in IT Security, Networking, Mobile Applications, and SaaS/Cloud platforms Training experience in technical environments
