Seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analytics Engineer, this full-time salaried position will design and implement data analytics pipelines, develop high-quality data models, and enable automation to support advanced analytics and AI use cases, while collaborating with various teams and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities
Lead data model design and scalable ELT architecture, delivering advanced data models and decision-intelligence solutions Own CI/CD deployment pipelines, driving engineering best practices and optimizing Snowflake warehouse performance Mentor junior engineers and facilitate stakeholder sessions to translate business requirements into scalable data products
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of relevant work experience without a degree Expert SQL abilities and deep expertise in data modeling, ELT design, and enterprise data architecture 4+ years of experience with Tableau or similar analytics platforms and 5+ years of dbt experience 5+ years of Snowflake experience, including VWH optimization and semantic layer design Advanced Python skills for automation and orchestration, with experience in AI coding assistants
