To support a growing sales team, the part-time Digital Sales Associate will execute the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities, managing contracts, pricing, and negotiations while driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Key responsibilities
Meet or exceed revenue targets through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base Manage inbound sales leads and convert qualified opportunities into closed business Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to generate pipeline growth
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience Knowledge of HCM software or technology solutions preferred Proven track record of successfully promoting and selling products or services Strong aptitude for leveraging digital sales tools and technologies
