Working remotely, the full-time salaried Performance Analytics Leader will translate complex financial, clinical, and operational data into actionable insights, design enterprise-grade dashboards, and partner with various teams to support decision-making for B2B lines of business. Key responsibilities
Design and implement standardized dashboards and scorecards for Commercial B2B lines of businesses Build MVP reports using Tableau, Excel, and Power BI to extract insights and monitor project outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate reporting logic and develop a cadence of reporting and performance reviews
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, business, finance, or a related field 10 - 12+ years of relevant professional work experience, preferably in a health care environment Proven track record of building/scaling reporting capabilities within payer organizations Ability to program using SQL and general SQL Database knowledge Advanced expertise with MS Office (Excel, Access) for data manipulation and analyses
