Salary: $18.25 to $19.25 per hour (eligible for incentive pay based on performance)

Responsibilities
Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
Assist General Manager with operational functions.
Assist with deliveries if a driver is not available.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills.
Aptitude for marketing.
Desire to make a difference for customers.
Age 21 years old (18 in Canada).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Two years of college or prior management experience preferred.
Valid state driver’s license; must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
Flexible schedule: available 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Ability to perform physical job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided).
