About the Company Peachstate Hobby Distribution, LLC (PHD) is one of the largest gaming distributors in the U.S. Our headquarters is in Longwood, FL. We have eight locations across the United States and internationally and carry a full line of trading card games, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, comics and gaming supplies from the industry’s top manufacturers.
Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team. This full‑time role requires motivation, organization, and a self‑starter attitude. You will use your sales experience to acquire and maintain client relationships, contribute to revenue growth, and support our national distribution effort.
Job Responsibilities
Manage existing accounts and develop new ones.
Provide customer service to clients.
Maintain inventory data and perform data entry.
Assist with warehouse operations and inventory management.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (required).
Minimum of 1 year of customer‑service experience.
Organized, independent, and capable of working as part of a team.
Good phone etiquette and Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Vendor relationship management experience.
Able to work full time in an office or warehouse environment.

Work Schedule Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week). The position may require occasional extended hours and weekends.
Physical Demands and Work Environment Daily responsibilities include talking and hearing, operating hands and fingers, occasional lifting up to 15–20 pounds, and specific vision requirements. Reasonable accommodations may be provided as needed.
