Summary Provides personalized service to customers on the men's sales floor, driving sales through product knowledge, styling, and clienteling. Responsible for meeting individual commission goals while supporting store merchandising and loss-prevention standards. Responsibilities Engage and assist customers, providing styling advice and product recommendations. Achieve individual sales and commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling. Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain visual merchandising, floor presentation, and appropriate stock levels. Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads. Requirements 2+ years retail or sales experience, preferably in men's apparel or department stores. Strong interpersonal, communication, and styling skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Capable of standing for long periods and performing routine stock and merchandising tasks.
