Position Summary IMAGINiT Technologies is looking for a strategic, performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our Pacific Northwest Sales team in accelerating the adoption of Autodesk and IMAGINiT Solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing people, scaling revenue, and driving long-term customer value in the construction industry.
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, set direction, implement sales strategies, and build strong customer and partner relationships. You’ll act as both a coach and a strategist—ensuring your team not only hits their targets but grows in capability and confidence.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team focused on selling IMAGINiT solutions including Autodesk Construction Solutions, Bluebeam, Leica, IP, and Consulting Services.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
Foster a results-oriented and collaborative culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets in the construction sector.
Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and business planning using Salesforce.
Drive team alignment with broader company goals and go-to-market initiatives.
Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
Guide your team in building strong relationships with C-level executives, project managers, and key stakeholders.
Lead by example in high-value customer engagements, including presentations and negotiations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with technical, marketing, and product teams to align sales initiatives with customer needs.
Support technical pre-sales activities and ensure delivery of compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Development
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics within construction and digital transformation.
Help identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and verticals for expansion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proven track record managing sales teams, preferably in software or construction technology.
Skilled in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with a focus on long‑term success and team development.
Motivational leadership and a passion for coaching.
Customer‑centric mindset with strong business acumen.
Analytical and data‑driven decision‑making.
