You don’t need prior hardware experience—but you should be curious, hands-on, and willing to learn. We’ll teach you what you need to know , but you should enjoy becoming the kind of person others rely on for answers.
No two days are the same, and there’s always something new to learn .
What You’ll Do Help customers find the right products and solutions for their projects Provide friendly, knowledgeable service on the sales floor and at checkout Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Keep shelves stocked, organized, and easy to shop Answer phones and assist with customer questions Maintain a clean, orderly store environment You may also: Load purchases for customers Cut keys, pipe, or other materials (training provided) Fill propane (training provided) What We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in doing it well Curious and willing to learn new products and skills over time Reliable and able to stay productive without constant direction Strong communication and basic math skills Interest in tools, home improvement, gardening, or DIY is a plus Physical & Scheduling Requirements Preferably able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to be on your feet for most of a shift Available for weekends and some holidays Why Work Here Locally owned, community-focused business Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to build practical, real-world skills A role where your work directly helps people every day If you like staying busy, learning useful skills, and being part of a team people rely on, we’d like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
