As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in the success of our mission by delivering outstanding customer service and sharing your passion for pop culture merchandise. What You'll Do Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that leaves customers eager to return, backed by your extensive product knowledge and superb customer service skills. Manage assigned areas of the sales floor, ensuring that all displays meet our visual merchandising standards. Operate the cash register, processing sales transactions efficiently while utilizing your fandom expertise to promote and upsell additional products through services like curbside pickup. Communicate valuable trend insights and customer feedback to management and headquarters to help shape our merchandise offerings. Work alongside Store Management to safeguard against theft and ensure a secure shopping environment. Help maintain an organized stock room and a clean store that enhances the shopping experience. Collaborate effectively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive work atmosphere. Participate in any other activities assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need Prior experience in a retail setting; a passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus! Exceptional customer service skills and sales abilities. You must be at least 18 years old to join our team. Fantastic teamwork and communication skills. Ability to navigate the store and effectively handle merchandise, including lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Compensation for this role starts at $16.90 to $17.40 per hour. Please note that this range may vary based on factors like education, location, qualifications, and relevant experience.
