What's In It For You Trane is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Sales Manager, committed to delivering business results and fostering employee engagement. You will manage the Services P&L for the Washington and Alaska Sales Office locations, serve as Sales Manager for the Services sales stream, and provide leadership for Operations through a matrix management structure.
What You Will Do
Manage the annual and long-term development and delivery of financial results for the Sales Office. Responsible for achieving annual objectives regarding profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share for all business streams.
Provide leadership for customer and district sales management, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction measurement, price management, marketing, maximizing account penetration, market penetration, customer retention, hiring and onboarding, skill assessment and training, quota setting, accurate sales forecasting and consistent use of Trane sales tools and systems.
Assemble account teams and collaborate with Account Managers to meet business development requirements, focusing on customer needs, sales cycles, and product portfolios.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational integrity.
Support human capital strategies including employee engagement, recruitment and retention, diversity and inclusion.
What You Will Bring
8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial sales.
Experience and proven track record in guiding and successfully leading projects to completion.
Valid Driver's License in the state for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
Annual Base Salary Range Or Hourly Base Pay Range $180,626.66 - $260,889.99
