Job Summary As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions and the benefits of TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook. What You’ll Do Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and deliver custom solutions. Connect, educate, and earn business by turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positive engagement. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Convert “just looking” inquiries into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using CRM to measure activity and support follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision to show customers how to level up their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (a strong people‑skills background is highly valued). Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing conversations. Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with mobile technology and quick‑learning devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25pounds outdoors. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Physical location in the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875–$1,200 per week.
