53 Knights Bridge Rd, Suite 277, Piscataway, NJ 08854 JOB DUTIES: Design, Manage, Administer, Implement and Monitor databases and implement database clustering (Active- Passive and Active- Active), Log shipping, Mirroring(High Safety and High performance) and Replication(Snapshot & Transactional) on various environments including configuration of WSFC clusters, Quorum and FSW on multi subnet. Migrate the SQL Database Servers from on premise to Microsoft azure (IaaS) and Amazon cloud (AWS) environment for the business-critical applications and working on the all alerts with in minimal time. Planning the database backup strategies, Maintenance plans using Native & Thirdparty tools (Lite Speed SQL Backup) and automated Backup and restore through Lite Speed SQL and shell scripting. Encrypt SQL databases by using Microsoft Transparent Data Encryption (TDE). Work under supervision. Travel And/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites throughout USA is required. EDUCATION: Master’sdegree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Business/ Math/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or IT Analyst or Developer or Programmer or IT Engineer or closely related field. Employer also accepts Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Business/ Math/ Engineering (Any) or related field plus five years of progressive work experience in related field. EXPERIENCE:Experience of Six (6) months using Database Administration is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
