Job Summary Sales Coordinator (Mostly Onsite – Long Beach, Cerritos). Responsible for basic office support and developing sales opportunities to achieve member enrollment goals for SCAN’s Institutional Special Needs Plan within integrated care delivery. Responsibilities Maintain and analyze the integrity of all data collected from integrated sales representatives. Produce reports that accurately measure, track and analyze enrollment and production data for the sales team. Build and maintain relationships with broker agents, broker agencies, providers, and community influencers. Initiate sales presentations, community events, and other resident activities within assigned communities. Assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed. Follow state and regulatory guidelines, adhering to CMS, MIPPA, and other policies established by the Compliance Department. Promote member retention by resolving inquiries and proactively communicating with Broker Account Executives and broker agents. Order, inventory, and fulfil supplies and materials for the sales team. Process payments for invoices in the purchase order system, track payment progress, and monitor team expenses. Adhere to production goals and performance standards. Create comprehensive reports that provide production data and measure growth objectives. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Support the achievement of SCAN’s vision and goals. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Preferred: Related experience in healthcare/Medicare or similar field. 2+ years’ experience with MS Office: Excel (data input, reporting, formulas), Word (document creation), PowerPoint (presentations). Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision. Ability to attend public events in outdoor venues in all weather conditions. Ability to sit and stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Willingness to work some nights and weekends. Background check required. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $25 – $32 per hour. Mostly onsite – Long Beach, Cerritos (corporate office). Annual employee bonus program. Robust wellness program.
