Sales Representative – 1401 Downwind Way, Brooksville, Florida 34604 What You’ll Do Be the face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn‑care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Connect with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positivity. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn‑care needs, turning prospects from “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and track performance, because numbers matter and follow‑through does. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision by showing customers how to level up their lawns, leveraging your expertise. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (a PhD in People Skills highly encouraged). Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing talk. Solid time‑management skills and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices (tap, swipe, go). Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Skills & Requirements Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875 – $1,200/week. Paid training and ongoing development. Career growth opportunities and long‑term career path.
