Provide floor walk support to assist end users during desktop migration. Strong desktop support experience – Windows platform – XP, Windows 7 & 8.1 and Office 2013 10‑15 years of EUC desktop support experience – Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting PC systems, Windows 7 & Windows 8.1, MS Office 2013 applications, Windows based applications, network configuration, TCP/IP, SQL and memory management Strong listening skills, analytical and problem solving skills – Assist users with configuring Email in smart phones Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users Working knowledge of remote access: Remote Desktop and Virtual Private Network Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
