We are seeking experienced Network Engineers to support network infrastructure projects within a manufacturing and plant environment. This role involves hands‑on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise networking equipment across office and plant floor locations.
Candidates must be comfortable working in industrial environments and wearing required PPE, including steel‑toed boots and other plant safety gear.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and install network infrastructure equipment including:
Routers
Switches
Wireless Access Points
Voice Gateways
UPS systems
Support break‑fix, moves, adds, and changes activities
Perform cabling, terminations, rack mounting, and patch panel installations
Participate in network infrastructure deployment projects
Conduct site surveys and assist in developing Statements of Work (SOW)
Create and maintain network diagrams using Microsoft Visio
Troubleshoot Ethernet, TCP/IP, fiber‑optic, and structured cabling issues
Work collaboratively with project and infrastructure teams
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with Ethernet LAN topologies
Minimum 2 years of experience with TCP/IP protocols
Hands‑on experience with:
Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
Category 5e and Category 6 cabling
Fiber‑optic cabling and troubleshooting
Cisco ISE
SolarWinds network management tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for network documentation
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork and project coordination abilities
Experience creating SOWs for networking projects
Work Environment
Industrial/plant environment
Candidates must be comfortable working in manufacturing/plant floor conditions
PPE required in certain areas:
Safety glasses
Hard hats
Steel‑toed/metatarsal boots
Long sleeve shirts
Specialized FR/Arc‑proof clothing where required
Ability to lift and install networking equipment
Valid Driver’s License required
