Assist in evaluating AI vendors and tools by documenting requirements, assessing technical fit, and capturing integration considerations. Produce executive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and visual summaries that communicate progress, risks, and recommendations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track vendor performance, integration progress, and operational dependencies. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and frameworks used by the AI Strategy Office. Basic Qualifications (Required) 3+ years’ experience related to product development (configuration management, design, integration, etc.). 3+ years of experience with managing control processes and producing clear status reporting and recovery plans. 3+ years of experience creating and interpreting data flow diagrams and/or technical specification documents. 3+ years of experience working in the field of Artificial Intelligence including Machine Learning. 3+ years of experience communicating technical details clearly and concisely with customers and cross‑functional teams. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Experience supporting vendor evaluations, Request For Proposal (RFP) processes, or technology assessments. Experience creating system diagrams, process flows, or architectural visualizations using tools such as Visio, Draw.io or similar. Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex integration scenarios. Ability to produce clear, professional charts, visuals, and communication materials that translate complex information into decision‑ready formats.
