Sales Representative Location: 15265 NE 95th Street, Redmond, Washington 98052 What You’ll Do Act as the welcoming face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and deliver customized solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude. Adapt sales messaging to the unique requirements of each household; no two yards are the same. Convert inquiries into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell lawn care services with precision, showing customers how to elevate their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (a PhD in People Skills highly encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready. Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing talk. Excellent time‑management and a self‑starter mindset; you don’t wait to be told “go.” Comfortable with mobile technology; you can tap, swipe, and go. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average earnings $875—$1,200 per week.
