Key Responsibilities
Organize and conduct sales visits to prospective and existing clients
Demonstrate and present company products effectively to customers
Identify and establish new business opportunities
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetings
Review sales performance and prepare regular reports
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service packages with clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Build strong customer relationships and maintain long-term client partnerships
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
Job Duties
Achieve business growth and meet sales targets through effective sales management
Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base
Recruit, train, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with business forecasts to management
Monitor market shifts and stay updated on product developments and competition
Ensure strong market presence through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Ability to develop strategic sales plans and achieve targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
